The bike needs to be a sprint, you will have a rest prior to it each round. Your goal should be to have the bike done by 1 minute. The Clusters should be a light to moderate weight that you can cycle the bar. Each round when you get to the bar shoot for a big set then break up as necessary with the time remaining.
