There is a 7 minute time cap on each portion.
If you can do it forward you can do it backwards. Fran is intended as a sprint workout. The reverse will be a very different stimulus with the reps increasing. The goal will be to hold onto the bar and cage for some bigger sets in the last few rounds. For those of you that have never done Fran before have fun and push yourself.
