Some of you may recognize the barbell movements as the Hero Wod DT. The goal for this barbell is to hold onto the bar and complete those 27 reps as a complex. Then you can recover on the run. If you do break up the barbell movements be smart about it. Break when you have one rep left on the deadlift or hang power cleans so you do not end up doing any extra deadlifts or cleans. Have fun moving some heavy weight!
