Min 1: Sled Pull

Min 2: 15/25 Wall balls(20/14)

Min 3: Rest

This will be done as a waterfall. Start with the sled pull, it will be down and back twice in the minute. Pick a weight that you can move quickly, but not so easy you are running. The Wall balls should be an unbroken set. Pick a number that is challenging for you to do unbroken.
