Rest 90 Seconds after each round

Each round should be a sprint on the barbell. You will be coming off a rest and going back into picking it up so the goal is to pick a weight that you hold onto the barbell until you are done with the 20 reps between the 3 movements. The pull ups will be more challenging after that so make sure to start off with manageable sets and stick to a good pace that allows you to keep moving on the rig.
