This week will see some movements we have not done a lot of in the past WODS as well as a new movement that we have never done in a WOD called The Devils Press. https://www.youtube.com/watch?reload=9&v=_-iCGodEZNo.

This week will also see a de-load week for the RED track and an increase in percentage of 1 RM work for the BLUE track.  Because of the de-load and the change to lighter weight on the BLUE track, our Met-Cons on Tuesday and Thursday will be a bit more challenging than last week.  They will still be relatively quick, however.

For our WODS, you will see a couple of Task Priority (# of rounds) WODS, a long condition EMOM, and a couple of short sprints.  We will end the week with another WOD from the 2017 CrossFit Games Open.

Barbell movements this week will be snatch, back squat, front squat, deadlifts.  You will also see some KB and DB movements.

You can count on another inclusive, and challenging week of programming. Having said that,  we don’t want you to lose sight of your “WHY.”  We want your focus to be on constant improvement, consistent movement, and picking the right WOD to challenge yourself a little.  As usual, we are always here to guide you in the right direction of what’s best for YOU.
