Todays WOD is going to be one of those you begin to feel some fatigue in the hips and posterior chain at about the mid way point of the WOD. All of the movements today require some explosiveness and movement among similar muscle groups. Try to pace this one to where you are completing rounds in a similar time domain as the workout progresses.
