Today we are blending two classic CrossFit “girl” workouts with a little twist, as you can break this up however you want.  For the barbell portion of this, pick a weight that will challenge you but not bury you.  Singles are ok, but we aren’t looking for this to be on the HEAVY side for you.  Keep in mind, the wall balls will impact how the barbell feels as you get further along in this.  If doing big sets of wall ball isn’t your strong point, look to do them in smaller, unbroken sets.  The key for today is to just try to keep moving.  If it takes small sets to accomplish that, then pick a strategy that will set you up for success.
