20 Minute EMOM
Min 1 = 20/17 Cal Bike
Min 2 = 10/14 Barbell Push Ups
Min 3= 8 Hang Snatch (95/65)(135/95)
Min 4 = 10/15 GHD Sit Ups
Min 5 = Rest
The way this WOD is structured is to push pace with each round as you will have one full minute of rest after the completion of the round. We will do this waterfall style as we want to preserve the order of the movements.
The bike…everyone is going to do 20/17. So….push the bike. If you’re not done by the 45-50 second mark, then its ok to move on to the next movement.
Your weight for the hang SNATCH should be a weight you can do 8 unbroken but that will be a challenging weight for you. No reason to drop the bar here as you only have the GHD left before you get your rest break.
