5 VERY different rows today starting out with a longer pacing row. As the distance gets shorter, you should be looking to pick up your pace with finishing the 250/200 as an all out sprint effort. The 1:1 work to rest ratio is definitely not enough recovery time to do all of these rows at maximum effort so we are looking to pace this at about 80-85% until we get to the 500/400 and 250/200.
