For today, we are looking to push pace as much as possible in the “Cindy” portion of the movements (Cindy is 20 Min AMRAP of 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 air squats).  The weight for your C&J should be heavy for you but not a weight you will fail at even as you get fatigued.
