Coaches notes:

I had sooo many ideas but went with some standard movements, but had to throw in my favorite: toes to ring!
Big sets(or unbroken) on the rings to start firing up the grip 😬
Weight should be a weight when fresh could cycle a few, BUT the back squats for sure unbroken throughout.  Steady pace through the burpee pull-ups: manageable reps each round to keep it going, without needing a break on those
