This one has a very “CrossFit Open” feel to it. The goal here is to do the best you can to try to get back to the row for a 2nd round. Pacing is going to be key with this one. This starts out with proper pacing on the row which ideally will be a “conversational pace.” The row to T2B is a tough combo so be thinking about how you are going to break the T2B up. It is best to break when you WANT to not when you HAVE to. This will save the hips and core you’re going to need for the barbell movements. Same idea of breaking into manageable sets applies to the barbell.
