For today, this is one where we need to grind through it and be happy that Brandon isn’t older.  For the strict pull ups, band up as necessary and pick a number of reps that you can get through but not spend the bulk of your workout on.  We don’t mind a little struggle here but lets be smart about the reps.

For the remainder of the movements, break them up as manageable sets for you.
