For today, for those that have HSPU, we have given 3 options for reps per round. The purpose of this is to preserve the SPRINT stimulus of the workout while still giving you the HSPU option. If you are doing DB press, make sure it is a weight you can do 10 unbroken reps. Deadlift weight should be on the moderate side for you and a weight you can do 10 unbroken reps.
