This is an Open workout from the first ever version for the Open that was done as an online competition.  We had 6 Open WODS in 2011.  Todays is the 5th one of the 6.  This WOD will give you a great idea of the types of WODS that are programmed for the Open (which we encourage you all to do).

Key for this one is to NOT get out hot.  20 minutes is a long time to accumulate rounds/reps on this one.  If toes to bar are a challenge for you, break them up from round 1 regardless of how you feel on that first set.  Same for the wall balls.  This should leave you with something in the tank for the final 2-3 minutes of this one.  Have fun with this one.
