For today, we are looking to blend these barbell movements from the last rep of the hang power snatch directly into your back squats. This is the part of the workout you can pick up some speed as we know the burpee pull ups tend to be a longer movement.
For the burpee pull ups, find a pace that works for you to be able keep moving. If you need a band for your pull ups, we will do 3 sets of 5 burpees and 5 pull ups. Jumping pull ups are also ok today as a mod for the pull ups.
