For today, this one is going to test the leg endurance a bit. Consider that as you decide how you want/need to break up the barbell movements. The back squat will take a little out of the legs for the push press so keep that in mind. The DB step up and overs will also tax the legs and hips. This is not a “shoulder to overhead” it is a true push press vs a push jerk.
