This WOD can be scaled in several ways. One suggestion might be to scale all reps and cals to 35. Another might be to scale the load for the deadlift to something that is a moderate weight for you and that will allow you to complete the deadlifts in 4 minutes or less. Your coach will help you come up with a plan this is best for you. Ideally, we want everyone to make it into the round of push ups and get some reps. So keep that in mind as you plan your WOD.
