For today, the barbell weight should be on the light side.  Something that you could cycle for 10+ reps if fresh.  For your pull ups/C2B, pick manageable sets that will allow you to keep moving without huge breaks which will make the time cap a non factor.  The later rounds for rig work will be more challenging as the reps of  snatch and pull ups/C2B add up.
