Today’s WOD is a simple, yet effective couplet.  Think about the effectiveness of “Annie” if you’ve done it.  As you progress down the reps of the sit ups, you begin to feel the impact of this one on the core.  Teamed with double unders, it creates as simple sprint WOD.  Replacing the double unders from “Annie” with a gymnastics pulling movement will give this one a little bit of spice that will tax the midline AND the pulling muscles.  Look to transition this WOD as you do with Annie.  For the bigger sets on the rig, think about breaking them into 2 or 3 sets (always working downhill….For example 10-8-7 or 15-10….).  Sit ups should be as fast as you can go.
