Min 3 = Rest
Min 4 = 16/12 Cal Row
Min 5 = 2 Rounds of Double DB Chief (50’s/35’s)
Min 6 = Rest
Chief = 3 Double DB Power Cleans, 6 Push Ups, 9 Air Squats
To save you the math calcs, this is 100 push ups and 150 Air Squats. Min 2 and 5 are going to be a push, but you are rewarded with a rest break so go all out in these rounds.
