For today, the RX+ version of this WOD will be to complete the rounds of 18 and 20.
This ascending reps scheme will go by very fast for the first half of it. Make your transitions intentional as they will likely provide the breaks you’re going to need as this progresses up the ladder.
A good modification for the T2B will be knee raises in which we get the legs into a parallel position with the floor. This provides the most comparable stimulus to the T2B as well as being a great progression.
