This Tabata Mash Up will emphasize barbell conditioning as you will be accumulating a high volume of reps with the barbell today.  Our first Tabata will be 8 minutes  of  20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest followed by another heavier 4 minute Tabata.  The goal is to keep the barbell moving for the 20 seconds of work so pick a load that will allow you to do this.
