9 Thrusters (95/65)   Scaled (ages 16-64),  Teenagers 14/15, Masters 55+ (65/45) 

35 Double Unders    Scaled to single unders (In the Open it is 35, we are doing 70 today).

No Time Cap

This one sneaks up on you in the middle rounds.  Grind through them and know there is light at the end of the tunnel (it MIGHT or MIGHT NOT be a train!!)  Use that improved strength and endurance we have been working on with our front squat progression over the last month.
