Switching up how we get inverted today vs how we did with the wall walks (if you’re doing HSPU).   Deadlift weight should be on the moderate side but a weight you will do the 6 reps unbroken each round.   Our intended stimulus here is pretty high intensity.  The reps are low volume per round, although the aggregate will add up a bit.  The goal should be to use transitions from each movement as your rest breaks.  Forcing quick breaks will allow you to hit the intensity levels we are looking for.
