Min 1 = Machines

Min 2 = 15 Sit Ups

Min 3 = 2 Rope Climbs

Alternating every round between machines

C2 Bike (12/10)(15/12) Cals

Ski (12/10)(15/12) Cals

Assault Runner 100/150 Meters

For this EMOM, you will rotate machines each round so you will get 2 rounds on each machine.
