For your shoulder to overhead, pick a weight that is on the middle range of a moderate load for you. We are looking to do as big of a set as possible without dropping the barbell. For the row, this isn’t one where we can go at a pace that we would row 1,000 meters, but a pace that we would use for a 500M row. Burpees will tax the legs a little which will make the S2OH a bit more challenging. Keep this in mind when choosing your weight. The goal for today is to get to the S2OH and have about 45 seconds to accumulate reps. Your score is total number of reps of S2OH.
