Two gymnastics movements to start this WOD. Pacing is key here. Pushing the box jumps only gets you to your T2B faster. The height on the RX+ also presents its own challenge and makes this WOD a bit different as the higher height requires more output on each jump.
Be strategic on the first part so you have something in the tank for the weightlifting couplet that is to follow. These increasing rep schemes always set up for a mental grind and potential for our shoulders will be taxed . The RX+ height on the wall ball again present another challenge.
Big picture on this is pace the front end to save something for the second half.
