Min 1 = 10/14 GHD
Min 2= 10/14 DB Hang Clusters (50/35)
Min 3=10/14 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
Min 4= 8/12 Renegade Rows (50/35)
After a couple of sprint workout days, we are looking slow things down today and add some volume in to the mix. For the EMOM, we are looking to have about 15 seconds of rest/transition between movements so pick reps schemes and loads that will allow you to do that. As will most EMOM’s we do, you know this one is going to start to add up as the time progresses. Be smart on the GHD volume if its not a movement you are used to. We have done more and more of these so don’t be afraid to push it a little. Talk to your Coach about a good rep plan for you.
