Speaking of the Open….its a month away and plans are being made to make this the most fun Open we have ever had. We can NOT encourage everyone enough to sign up. This is the ultimate community building event and we excited about the format this year as well as watching the amazing things the Open brings out in all of us. The Open has seen so many people get their “first” of something. First C2B, first bar or ring muscle up, a PR on a lift, or just exceeding their own personal expectations.
