2 Minute Rest Between Rounds

The way this one will work is you will complete 3 rounds of 7 Hang Cleans & 35 Double Unders and then you will have a two minute rest before you begin then next round of the 3 rounds.  One last two minute rest before competing the last round of 3 rounds.

The hang clean weight should be moderate for you and unbroken throughout the rounds.  These are sprint effort rounds that you need look to complete as fast as possible.   The 2 minute rest will help you recover so you can continue to push pace.   Try to hold the same time to complete for all rounds.
