For today, the AMRAP before the Max Reps of Snatch at the last weight has 75 reps.  Your score for the day is how many TOTAL reps you get in the AMRAP.  For your posting in WODIFY, add in the notes of your workout your TOTAL TIME To Complete the entire workout.

Regardless of what weights you choose today, you will need to add weight each time.  It’s intended to GET heavy.   Our stimulus today is fairly high intensity.  Since we are keeping track of total time as well as reps, you need to push your row pace a little on the first row and go hard on the 2nd row.  The reps on the AMRAP need to happen with very little rest breaks (weight changes are a good rest break).  IF you doing singles, you need to move through them.
