Given the 18 minute time cap today, we are looking to push pace were we can.  For some this may be the row or the run.  For others maybe the push ups and/or pull ups is a place to gain some ground.

For the hang power snatch, pick a weight you could do 15 or more unbroken if fresh.  The barbell movement is really intended to be the “cash out” part of this WOD, so going too heavy is counter productive.

Efficient movement and smart rest breaks will be the key to beating the cap today.
