Looking to end the week with some light weight, low volume, sprint work.  The key for this one is to really understand what pace you can row that will allow you to get right to work on the thrusters.  These light weight thrusters can be a bit deceiving because you will move them quick to start.  Do your best to not set that bar down for these, but if you have to break them up, try to get a big set out of the gate (thinking around 25+ here).  Same applies to the pull ups.  Try to break these into manageable sets with little rest breaks between.
