For today, we have split this WOD into RX and RX+ but only changed the rep scheme, not the movements. For your own MOD for the gymnastics movements, check with your Coach about what is best for you. Ring rows, banded pull ups, jumping pull ups, as well as banded C2B are some of the options. Weight is light for the deads but will get increasingly difficult as the barbell movements change. Regardless, the weight should be a weight you can do unbroken (if fresh) for the largest number in each set of barbell movements. With the rest breaks, you should be looking at each of these sets as sprint efforts.
