30 Minute EMOM
Min 1= Rx is (15/12) Cal Bike Rx+ is (25/20) Cal Bike
Min 2= Rx is (7/12) Push Up Rx+ is (7/12) HSPU
Min 3=Rest
For today, pick a challenging number for the bike and your push up variation. IF the Rx is not challenging enough and Rx+ is a bit too much, pick a number in between that will allow you to push yourself just a bit out of your comfort zone. As a frame of reference, there are 10 rounds of this EMOM so keep that in mind when thinking about your own numbers. Don’t be afraid to push the working parts of this. You have a minute at the end of each round to rest 🙂
