For today, these 2 round couplets can be challenging AND fast if you make it that way.  The goal with the barbell movements is to do them “blended” without putting the bar down.

For those that are a little more advanced with their gymnastics movements, we are looking for you to “blend” your movements on the rig as well, going directly in to C2B and Bar MU after the last rep of T2B.  Practice this in warm up.
