The RX plus Option will NOT have any scaling options.  Must do as written.

For today, we want an ALL OUT effort on the first round of this.  The “Baseline” test is only one round so we want to see how you do for that round.  Challenge yourself to keep close to that same pace through the next two rounds.  Work to rest ratio is 1 to 1 so please make sure you pay attention to your end time and your next start time.
