For today, we have a time cap at each of the rounds.  What we are looking for here is consistent movement with the barbell as well as the T2B.  Pick a weight for the first set that you could do 8-10 unbroken if fresh.  For the second set, 6-8 unbroken if fresh.  Third set will likely be all singles but the weight should not be much more than 80% of your 1 rep max.  Although you may choose to cycle all singles for all of the snatches today, its important that you pick loads that set you up for success in beating the time caps.  Break T2B up as you see fit but try to always work downhill.  (For example, sets of 6-5-4 for the 15).
