Min 1 = (15/12)(21/18) Cal Bike

Min 2 = (10/15) Push Up or HSPU

Min 3 = 16 DB Goblet Lunge (50/35)

Min 4 = 12/10 Cal Ski

Min 5 = 14 DB Snatch (50/35)

Min 6 = 40 Double Unders

For today, if the reps/cals you chose (Rx or Rx+) take you longer than 45 seconds to complete, consider dropping down to reps that you can compete in that time frame.  This one is definitely going to push your limits as the rounds progress.
