ANNOUNCEMENT:  CROSSFIT OPEN WOD 21.2 HAS BEEN RELEASED.  WE WILL BE DOING IT ON SATURDAY MORNING WITH HEATS STARTING AT 8:00AM.  WE WILL RUN HEATS APPROX EVERY 30 MINUTES.  HEATS WILL HAVE SPOTS FOR 6 ATHLETES THAT NEED JUDGES AND 4 THAT DO NOT.

SO PLEASE JOIN US FOR THE WORKOUT REGARDLESS OF IF YOU ARE “OFFICIALLY” IN THE OPEN OR NOT.
