This one is going to tax the shoulders a bit toady.   The OHS weight should be on the lighter side for you and a weight you can do 12 unbroken.   The reps for each movement are on the lower side, so we are looking for a sprint effort here where we can look to pace the burpees and go unbroken on the OHS and wall balls.  IF you need to break the sets, shoot for only one break.  (8-4 for the OHS and 9-6 for the wall ball as an example).
