For today, your S2OH weight should be something you can do unbroken throughout the 4 rounds. For your row, pacing should be what you would hold for a 1000m row (or your 60 cal pace if your more comfortable with that as a pacing measurement). There isn’t a TON of time to accumulate reps of wall balls, so make transitions quickly.
We realize many of you are sore from 21.2. If so, please just work your way through this wod at more of a recovery pace vs a sprint pace.
