This workout is meant to be intense!!   You need to push the row a bit but not so much that you cant go right into you thrusters.  These light weight thrusters CAN be done unbroken.  Our challenge to you is to do these in as few sets as possible.   DO NOT DROP the empty barbell.

For your pull ups, jumping pull ups are a good mod as are banded pull ups.
