For Monday and Tuesday this week, we will be looking do “Deload” a little bit.  Not that the workouts aren’t challenging, but the volume will be a little lower and the workouts are geared toward you being able to control your own pace to help you to recover from the Open.  Wednesday will be a longer chipper style WOD and Friday we are going to be running!
