ANNOUNCEMENT:  Today is the first workout of the three that will be completed as part of the Support Your Box Fundraiser.  We are encouraging EVERYONE to participate in this and be a part of the worldwide effort to support the CrossFit community and CrossFit970.  You DO NOT need to donate to participate.  IF you donate and register under CrossFit970, all proceeds will come back to your gym!!

10 Minute AMRAP

10 Air Squats

9 DB Snatch (Right Arm)(50/35)

10 Push Ups

9 DB Snatch (Left Arm)(50/35)

If you don’t have a DB, a KB is fine or any other weight you can safely move from ground to overhead.
