Mod for power clean is DB or KB power clean. If you are doing DB or KB, do double the reps for that movement. So it will be 42-30-18 for the Power Cleans. Break it up evenly between arms. If you don’t have the RX weight, use what you have….and go FASTER! Your pace is the one thing you can control to make any WOD more difficult.
