20 Med Ball Sit Ups (20/14)

10 Goblet Squats (53/35)

For today, if you don’t have a med ball, find something of approximate equal weight that you can use to touch behind your head and in front of your feet (even a bumper plate will work).  Goblet squats can be with a KB, DB or a bumper plate.
