For today, we are looking to end the week with some sprint effort work.  The bike to run is going to be a tough transition.  Force yourself to start that run and try to pick up pace as you go.  For the power snatch, we are looking to be on the heavy side.  It should be a weight you can cycle for a few reps, although you may choose singles.

Mindset for the day is to try to stay consistent with your times from round to round.
